No access to online catalog on 16th, 17th, and 18th due to software upgrade.
The library online catalog will not be available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and possibly most of Thursday (December 16th, 17th, and 18th) of this week as we upgrade our system software.
We will still be able to check books in and out to patrons. As far as searching for books and other items in the catalog you can try using OCLC WorldCat (link is on the library web site) and checking the box next to "Limit to items in my library" under "Advanced Search." Or, you can simply contact a librarian for assistance in searching for books.
I am told that the system is supposed to be back to normal sometime Thursday. So bear with us and I think we will all be OK.

Library to close at 2:30 PM Fridays, closed on Saturdays.
Starting December 5th, 2008 the library will close at 2:30 PM on Fridays and will not be open on Saturdays.
Until now, the library has closed at 4:00 PM on Fridays and was open from 12:00 to 4:00 PM on Saturdays. Due to very low traffic (and to save a bit of money) we have decided to close down with the rest of the campus on Fridays at 2:30 PM and eliminate the Saturday hours altogether.
The library will remain open on Sundays from 1:00 to 8:00 PM for students who need weekend access.

Spring break hours for Molstead Library will be as follows:
April 2nd - April 7, 2007
Monday 9am - 7pm
Tuesday 9am - 5pm
Wednesday 9am - 7pm
Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 2pm
Saturday 12pm - 4pm
Molstead Library will be closed on Saturday and Sunday, March 31st and April 1st, as well as Easter Sunday, April 8th.

Spring break hours have changed.
The following are the revised spring break hours for March 27th through April 2nd. The library will be closed the first weekend of spring break (March 25th & 26th).
Monday, March 27th -- 9am to 7pm
Tuesday, March 28th -- 9am to 5pm
Wednesday, March 29th -- 9am to 7pm
Thursday, March 30th -- 9am to 5pm
Friday, March 31st -- 9am to 2pm

"Food For Fines" starts April 17th.
The library will be forgiving fines in exchange for food donations during our semi-annual "Food For Fines" period.
Bring in non-perishable goods--no glass containers--to knock out those library fines before you register for summer and fall classes. The library does place holds on registration if you have an outstanding balance!
This program runs from April 17th through the end of the semester.

Library Closed Labor Day Weekend.
Molstead Library will be closed the entire weekend and Labor Day (September 3rd-5th). Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, September 6th.

SPRING BREAK HOURS CHANGE: Library will be closed both weekends of spring break.
Our original plan was to be closed on the first weekend of spring break (Saturday, March 26th and Sunday, 27th) but open on the weekend before classes start again (Saturday, April 2nd and Sunday April 3rd).
However, Computer Services is planning some maintenance on the computer systems in the Molstead building and those computers will be offline over the weekend of April 2nd and 3rd. Therefore, we have decided to go ahead and close during that weekend as well. Here are our revised hours for spring break:
Saturday, March 26th ---- CLOSED
Sunday, March 27th ---- CLOSED
Monday , March 28th ---- 9am to 7pm
Tuesday, March 29th ---- 9am to 5pm
Wednesday, March 30th -- 9am to 7pm
Thursday, March 31st ---- 9am to 5pm
Friday, April 1st ---- 9am to 2pm
Saturday, April 2nd ----- CLOSED
Sunday, April 3rd ----- CLOSED
On April 4th we will return to our regular hours. Enjoy the break!
